Kimberly-Clark at OSU CEAT career fair

Kimberly-Clark will be coming to OSU for the CEAT career fair on September 17. Undergraduate and Graduate students looking for Full-Time and Co-Op opportunities are advised to apply. The Co-Op position is from January to July/August, they will be accepting resumes at the career fair and holding next day interviews.

Automation Society Wins 2013 Section Excellence Award

The Automation Society is the student section of the International Society of Automation (ISA) at Oklahoma State University. OSUAS is an interdisciplinary engineering group consisting primarily of graduate students pursuing careers in automatic control; they are also seeking to generate awareness of the importance of engineering control to others.  This year, OSUAS received the Section Excellence Award from ISA.

Honeywell Student Challenge - Competition for Process Control Design 2013

Honeywell has announced its annual student challenge competition. It's a great opportunity for undergraduates (most likely seniors) and graduate students interested in process control.

OSU Automation Society Newsletter now has a name

Suggestions for names for the OSU Automation Society Newsletter were invited from the core committee. In the meeting held on Nov 12th 2012, the core committee finalized the name by voting.  "Destination Setpoint" -That is what the OSU Automation Society Newsletter will be called.  The Newsletter is released every spring semester during the OSU Automation Day inauguration.
